1. One-Off & Revamp Projects

All one-time projects, including hero section revamps, redesigns, and single deliverables, are considered custom digital services.


No Refunds After Delivery.

Once the final deliverables are shared (design files, assets, code, or links), no refunds will be issued. These are digital, non-returnable products and services that are custom-made and delivered in accordance with the agreed scope.

If you have concerns before final delivery, we encourage open communication, and we’ll do our best to resolve issues within the project timeline.


2. Monthly Subscription Plans

Our monthly plan includes ongoing access to design and development services on a subscription basis.


  • Pause or Cancel Anytime.

You may:

  • Pause your plan, which freezes your remaining design hours and resumes when you return.

  • Cancel your plan, which stops any upcoming billing and ends service at the end of your current billing cycle.


  • No Prorated Refunds.

We do not offer refunds for unused time or early cancellations during the active billing period. The service will remain available until the end of the paid cycle.


3. Billing Disputes

If you believe you’ve been billed in error or have any payment concerns, please contact us within 5 business days of the charge at contact[at-the-rate]robinarc.com. We’ll investigate promptly and do our best to resolve it.


4. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after project delivery

  • Unused requests or revisions in monthly plans

  • Delays caused by client-side approvals, feedback, or resource unavailability
