All payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways such as Razorpay/PayPal. You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information.

Late or failed payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

All prices, billing schedules, and deliverables are agreed upon prior to project commencement.

5. Scheduling & Meetings

Bookings made via Cal.com are subject to availability. You are responsible for booking in your time zone and attending on time.

Reschedules or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We may use or integrate with third-party services such as:

• Slack (for communication)

• Google Workspace (for documentation & email)

• Cal.com (for scheduling)

• Razorpay/PayPal (for payment)

• Figma, Notion, Trello, etc. (for design and collaboration)

While we choose reputable platforms, we are not liable for any downtime, breach, or data loss arising from these third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for our services

You agree to use our services at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services:

• If you breach these Terms

• For non-payment

• If continued collaboration becomes unfeasible due to conflict, misuse, or other professional reasons

Upon termination, any outstanding balances remain due.
